Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli
Ingredients for 16 Sticks
4 plates of puff pastry (á 75 g)
200 g Kölln® Crunchy Muesli Classic
2 egg yolk (yellow of an egg)
2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon (grounded)
Preparation:
Defrost puff pastry plates. Gently break Kölln muesli Crunchy Classic into small pieces. Whisk egg yolk with water. Mix sugar and grounded cinnamon. Lay the 4 plates of puff pastry on a floured working surface and roll each of them into double wide squares. Apply finely with egg yolk. Spread with cinnamon sugar and bake until golden brown.
Preparation Time: approx. 20 minutes (without waiting/defrosting period)
Tip: replace the puff pastry by yeast dough, which rests 30 minutes before being rolled out.
