Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli

Mutti Finely Chopped Tomato Carpaccio
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
1 can of Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes
50g Small Capers
50g Green olives minced
3tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp Fresh minced basil
Salt
Preparation
Open the can of Mutti Finely Chopped tomatoes and put in a colander for 2 hours at least, in order to drain red water and keep the tomatoes.
Mix together tomatoes, small capers, minced green olives, oil, salt, and basil.
Serve the Tomato Carpaccio on top of grilled bread.
