Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli


Soup with vegetables and Mutti Pizza Sauce with spices
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
250g Lentils
600g Mutti Pizza Sauce with spices (diluted with a glass of warm water)
50g Lard
50g Olive oil
1 Onion
1 Carrot
1 Celery
1 peice of Garlic
6 Slices of bread
100g Beans
150g Potatoes
100g Cauliflowers
Preparation
Put beans and lentils in water and soak overnight.
Boil them i salted water for 45 minutes
Mince the lard, carrot, onion, celery and garlic together and brown them in a pan with olive oil, potatoes, and cauliflowers for 15 minutes.
Add Mutti Pizza Sauce with slices, salt and pepper, and cook for 15 minutes more.
The add beans and lentils and cook for 20 minutes more.
Grill the bread and serve the soup in a soup plate with bread.
