Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli
Deep fried chiken with Mutti Pizza Sauce with spices
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
400g Mutti Pizza Sauce with spices
400g Cubes of chicken breast
3 full eggs
200g Flour
200g Breadcrumbs
100g Greated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
In a plastic recipient, beat eggs with salt and pepper, 4 spoons of pizza sauce and Parmesan.
Put the cubes of chicken breast first in the flour, second in the eggs and third in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chicken in vegetable oil.
In the same time mix the Mutti Pizza Sauce with warm water and boil for a few minutes.
Serve the fried chicken with the warm pizza sauce.
