Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli
Penne Arrabbiata with Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
350g Penne pasta
400g Mutti Finely Chopped Tomotoes
2 peices of garlic
4tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1tsp Minced parsley
1 Red pepper
Salt
Preparation
In a frying pan, brown the garlic till it is colored and then take it off the heat.
Add the sliced red pepper with the Mutti finely chopped tomoatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add chilly, parsley, basil and salt.
Cook the penne in salted boiling water water for 9 minutes, drain and put in the frying pan with the Arrabbiata sauce.
Saute and serve.
