Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli

Grilled Cheese with Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
2 tins Amul cheese
1 tin Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes
100g Flour
200g Fresh spinach
1tbsp Minced garlic
2tbsp Olive oil
A pinch of salt
1tbsp Parsley
Preparation
In a saucepan fry the garlic in olive oil, then add the Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes, a pinch of salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Boil the spinach for 3 minutes.
Cut cheese in 4 pieces, then flour and grill it ina non-stick pan.
In a shallow dish,, place the sauce, then the grilled cheese and then the spinach and finish with a sprinkle of parsley.
