Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli

Ingredients – 20 pieces
100 g Kölln Muesli Crunchy Chocolate Biscuit & Oats
80 g butter
70 g sugar
2 eggs (medium size)
200 g wheat flour (type 405)
1 tsp. baking powder
150 ml whole milk
For the icing:
250 sugar powder
5 tbsp. water
Preparation
Crush Kölln® Muesli. Cream butter and sugar and stir eggs one by one. Mix flour, baking powder and hackled muesli and stir the mixture in turns with milk into the dough. Use 2 table spoons for placing small dough heaps onto a baking tray equipped with baking paper. Bake.
After cooling down stir the sugar powder with water receiving a viscous icing. Brush onto the backside of the “Americans”.
Preparation Time: approx. 20 minutes
Baking Time: approx. 18 minutes
Oven temperature: 180° at top-/bottom heat, 160° C convection oven
