Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli

Breakfast bread rolls
Ingredients (10 bread rolls)
250 g low fat curd cheese
7 tbsp. whole milk
7 tbsp. vegetable oil
125 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
200 g Kölln Muesli Cranberry & Oats
200 g wheat flour (type 405)
1 pack baking powder
1 egg (medium size)
1 tsp. sugar powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except for the egg and sugar powder, knead the dough and shape rolls. Isolate the egg yolk and egg white. Mix egg yolk with sugar powder. Spread the mixture on the rolls. Wait until becoming tough dry. Brush the rolls with egg white and bake the rolls.
Tip: Of course you could prepare the recipe also with another fruity Kölln muesli
Preparation Time: approx. 15 minutes , Cooking time: approx. 20 minutes, oven temperature: 200°C top- / bottom heat, 170°C convection oven
