Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli

Banana Orange Smoothie
Ingredients (for 4 portions)
8-10 oranges / alternatively 600 ml orange juice,
1 banana (ca. 150g), 4 tbsp. honey,
4 tbsp. Kölln White Oats
200 ml milk (1,5 % fat)
Preparation
Cut the oranges into half and press out the juice. Shell the banana and purée it with orange juice, honey and Kölln White oats. Fill into glasses.
Warm up the milk, foam it and put the milk froth on top of your smoothie.
Tip: You can replace half of orange juice by carrot juice which makes a great colour and
is very healthy
