Arrabbiata Tomato Pasta Sauce with chilli

“Hot” pasta sauce made with tomato, garlic and hot peppers. Particularly well suited to dress “penne” shaped pasta.

“Penne all’arrabbiata” is one of the most typical and genuine dishes of the culinary tradition of Rome and of the Lazio Region now a  “ classic “  in the Italian cuisine. Simple ingredients give birth to a tasty dish so well appreciated that it is amongst one of the most popular night-time dishes enjoyed with friends along with  “ Spaghetti, aglio, olio e peperoncino “.

 Instructions for use:

Pour sauce in a frying pan. Add “al dente” cooked pasta. Heat a few minutes.

Refrigerate after opening
