Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli
Seared Tuna with Sesame seeds & Balsoy
Ingredients
4 slices of very fresh tuna
5 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp Balsoy sauce
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Place the tuna slices in a casserole dish along with the Balsoy and oil, and marinate for about 10 minutes. Then dredge the tuna slices in the sesame seeds to form a crust. Pour the marinade into a pan and cook the tuna just a few minutes so that it remains raw in the centre.
