Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli

POTATO GNOCCHI WITH “ MONTANINI” TOMATO SAUCE AND PARMIGIANO CHEESE
Ingredients
400 g potato gnocchi
190 g MONTANINI TOMATO PASTA SAUCE WITH BASIL
50 g Parmigiano cheese
Preparation
Pour MONTANINI TOMATO PASTA SAUCE WITH BASIL in a skillet
Take a large pan of salted water and bring to boil with lid.
When the water is boiling put the gnocchi into the pan and wait a couple of minutes
until the gnocchi start floating
Leave them to float for a further 30 seconds
Take them out with a slotted spoon and return them quickly into the skillet containing the tomato sauce
Gently toss the gnocchi in the skillet for about 20-30 seconds
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano cheese
Tip: Potato gnocchi are excellent with MONTANINI MUSHROOM PASTA SAUCE, MONTANINI VEGAN BASIL PESTO.
