5 egg yolks
40g caster sugar
4 Tbsp Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade
1 orange zest
5g baking powder
1 pinch of salt
In a bowl, beat together the egg yolks, sugar, Bonne Maman Orange Marmalade and orange zest. Add the flour, baking powder and the pinch of fleur de sel. Add warm melted butter.
Leave it to cool in the refrigerator.
Pre-heat oven to 210°C.
Fill each madeleine pan shell cup to three-quarters full with the mixture. Add 1 teaspoon of Orange Marmalade to the center of each madeleine.
Bake the madeleines for about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a rack.
