Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli
Four Fruits French toasts
Ingredients – 4 servings
8 slices of crustless brioche bread(sweet bread)
2 eggs
100g milk
100g liquid fresh cream
20g brown sugar
1 vanilla bean
100g Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserve
50g fresh raspberries
20g butter
Preparation
In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, brown sugar and vanilla bean seeds.
Add milk and fresh cream.
Layer 4 slices of brioche and gently press on the center. Add Bonne Maman Four Fruits Preserve and few fresh raspberries to the center of each slice.
Cover each slice of brioche with another one like it is a croque-monsieur.
Dip the Four Fruits stuffed brioche breads into the egg and milk mixture.
Heat some butter in a frying pan and cook both sides of the French toasts on a medium heat.
Serve the French toasts immediately.
