Crunchy au Gratin
Ingredients
1 glass (Morello) cherries (drained weight 350 g)
300 g Kölln Muesli Crunchy Honey Nut & Oats
4 eggs (medium size)
2 packs vanilla blancmange powder
1 l whole milk
80 g sugar
For bestrewing:
100 g Kölln Muesli Crunchy Honey Nut & Oats
Preparation
Preheat the oven.
Drain the morello cherries in a sieve. Spread 150 g each of Kölln Muesli Crunchy Honey Nut & Oats in two small casseroles. Place the morello cherries on the muesli.
Separate the egg white from yolk and whisk stiff. Prepare the vanilla blancmange powder together with milk and sugar as per cooking instruction stated on the package. Stir egg yolk with beaten egg whites. Spread the prepared blancmange powder mixture on the cherries. Bestrew each casserole with 50 g muesli. Bake both casseroles in the lower third of the oven.

Baking Time: approx. 30 minutes
Oven temperature: 180° at top-/bottom heat, 160° convection oven
