Toschi Vignola is an Italian food company founded in 1945: started with Frutta “Spiritosa” (fruit in liqueur), which grew during the years adding Syrups, Liqueurs, Candied Amarena and Cocktail Cherries, ingredients for artisanal Gelato and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI to its portfolio. Our experience of 70 years lead us to create a wide range of products for all kind of consumers.

Toschi Vignola is based in Savignano sul Panaro, close to Vignola, in the province of Modena. Our “spirit” is to tell through our products the excellence of our Territory and of the Italian Tradition.
Many of our products are still made following ancient family recipes, handed down from one generation to another, and which still represent our best guarantee.

In 2000 the company starts the new division “Acetaia Gino Toschi”. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Gino Toschi is obtained from concentrated must, wine vinegar and at least 10-year-old vinegar, and is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for a period from a minimum of 2 months to up to 3 years.
2015 is the year for Toschi Vignola to celebrate its 70 years.
