refreshingly vibrant cocktail crafted with Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Syrup, blending bright berry sweetness with a crisp, uplifting finish. 

 

Flavour – Raspberry 

Difficulty – Intermediate  

 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Syrup  
  • 45 ml Gin 
  • 15ml Lime juice 
  • ½ ounce Egg white (Optional) 
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth 

 

Garnish 

  • Raspberries 
Recipe

Method  

  • Add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. 
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 
  • Garnish with 3 speared raspberries.
