Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Haloumi and Chilli

Blueberry muffins
Ingredients – 4 servings
350g flour
11g baking powder
100g Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserve
100g fresh fruits (if
possible, blueberries)
1 pinch of salt
25cl milk
2 eggs
75g melted butter
Preparation
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and fresh fruits in a salad bowl.
In another bowl, mix together the milk, the eggs and Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserve.
Add melted butter to the milk& preserve mixture.
Pour the liquid on the flour mix and stir coarsely.
Spoon the mixture on the muffin pan.
Bake the muffins from 15 to 20 minutes according to the muffin cups size. Serve cool.
Enjoy with Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserve and fresh raspberries, it is delicious!
